Visitor parking is available in the main lot in front of the hospital or the side lot adjacent to the hospital. There are canopies at both the main entrance and outpatient entrance for covered, convenient patient drop-off and pick-up.

The Hospital Information Desk is conveniently located in the main lobby, near the main entrance. Here, our volunteers can help you find a patient’s room or information about hospital facilities and services.

Crisp Regional facilities are smoke-free environments. Smoking is prohibited on hospital property and all Crisp Regional Health Services properties.

COVID-19 VISITATION POLICY

The COVID-19 Pandemic is constantly evolving. This page reflects the latest Visitation Policy for Crisp Regional. We understand the frustration and concern that many may experience when not being able to visit a loved one in the hospital. Please understand that these guidelines are necessary to protect our patients, our visitors and our employees. There are exceptions to these policies for end-of-life patients. Please check this page prior to visiting any hospital patient as these requirements are subject to change.
*End of life exemptions will be made.

Please see the below updated visitor policy effective 8/5/2021.

  • All Patients/Visitors/Employees will be SCREENED, MASKED and HAND-SANITIZED before entering facility daily. Masks are required to be worn at all times.
  • Visitation Hours are daily: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. (See COVID visitation policy for patients in COVID zones below.)
  • Visitors with respiratory illnesses, and signs of communicable infections and/or exposure should be requested NOT to visit. Non-vaccinated visitors are encouraged NOT to visit.
  • Children under the age of 18, unless entering for medical care, are not allowed to visit.
  • Cafeteria is closed to the public.
  • Visitors seeking access to inpatient areas must CHECK In/Out at the Visitors Lobby Entrances.
  • Emergency Department

  • Non-COVID symptom patients may have 1 support person with them at all times.
  • If a minor, the patient will be allowed 2 guardians. (This is subject to change at any time based on patient volume.)
    Outpatient Services

  • Patient coming in for outpatient services may be accompanied by (1) support person.
  • If a minor, the patient will be allowed 2 guardians. (This is subject to change at any time based on patient volume.)
    Same Day Surgery/OR

  • Patient may be accompanied by 1 support person.
  • If a minor, the patient will be allowed 2 guardians. (This is subject to change at any time based on patient volume.)
    Obstetrics

  • Mom may have 2 designated support persons 18 years or older during her stay.
  • No siblings may visit at this time.
    NON-COVID Patient Floor / NON-COVID Intensive Care Unit

  • Patient may have 1 visitor per 24-Hr period
  • All visitors will be screen at the OP/ED entrance for symptoms.
  • + Screened visitors will be asked not to enter.
  • All visitor’s/support persons will be explained risks.
  • No one under the age of 18 is allowed to visit.
    COVID ZONES: ER Locations, Patient Floor & Intensive Care Unit

  • Upon arrival, ER patients may have designated visitor. Upon admission, patients may have one designated visitor The designated visitor should be an immediate relative to the patient.
  • The designated visitor may stay up to 90 minutes with the patient within a 24-hour period.

We appreciate your support and patience as we work to protect our patients, visitors and community. Please know all decisions are made with safety as our top priority and modifications will be made to the visitation policy as appropriate.

Or you may EMAIL a patient using the form below. All messages are printed in one of three design formats from which you can choose: Thinking of You, Get Well Soon, or Congratulations. Email messages are printed and hand-delivered to patients during normal business hours by our volunteers.

    DINING OPTIONS

    The Cafeteria, located on the first floor of the hospital, is open to all visitors and guests. Here, you’ll find a generous selection of healthy foods and favorites. Visit the Cafeteria during these meal hours:

    • Breakfast: 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
    • Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Dinner: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

    Gift shop

    The gift shop, located near the main entrance of Crisp Regional, is operated by the Crisp Regional Volunteer Auxiliary. Proceeds from the sale of merchandise are used to benefit the hospital. The gift shop has a wide range of merchandise, including flowers, balloons, candy, and gifts of all kinds.
