About Us

The correlation of primary care to a healthy life is well documented. Primary care providers (PCPs) work with you to maintain good health and prevent disease, as well as to manage chronic and serious illness. Making care more convenient in Warwick at our Healthcare Center is good for your health.

Warwick Healthcare Center offers basic clinical and preventive services to those who live in and around Warwick, GA, located in Worth County. The walk-in clinic is staffed by a nurse practitioner, with oversight by a family medicine physician. We care for patients of all ages, beginning at six months old. In addition to treating minor injuries and illness, we provide many preventive services such as vaccinations for flu, pneumonia and shingles.

The center offers on-site EKG and laboratory services for blood and other testing. We also provide occupational medicine services by appointment.

Pregnant women should consult their obstetrician or, if an emergency, call 911. Individuals suffering chest pain or symptoms of a stroke should also call 911 for immediate transport to the hospital emergency department.

Walk-in Clinic Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Who we are:

Pat Stowe, NP, is in Warwick Healthcare Center during operating hours. Medical director E. Milton Jones, DO, family medicine physician at Crisp Regional Hospital, provides oversight for services and is on call for consultation.

A nurse practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse with advanced academic and clinical education and experience in care of the sick and in diagnosis, treatment and management of common and chronic illnesses. In today’s world of care delivery, NPs have become an essential part of your care team. They can diagnose and treat medical conditions, administer vaccinations and prescribe medications. NPs offer a holistic and wellness orientation that emphasizes health education, risk identification and reduction, and preventive care through lifestyle modification.

Because of growing time demands on physicians and the shortage of doctors in numerous specialties, NPs provide a high quality, skilled and practical option for many of your healthcare needs.

What we do:

  • Basic primary and healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of minor injuries and illnesses: i.e., lacerations, sprains, worsening cold and flu symptoms.
  • On-site EKG and other procedures, as well as laboratory services for blood and other testing.
  • Preventive care such as blood pressure readings and vaccinations for flu, pneumonia and shingles.
  • Counsel on care and prevention.
  • Occupational medicine, including pre-employment exams, drug-screening and required DOT medical exams for commercial truck and other drivers.

We accept private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and self-pay.
