Crisp Regional Hospital Welcomes Dr. Dave Martini, MD, FACS to Crisp Regional ENT

Cordele, GA — Crisp Regional Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Dave Martini, MD, FACS, a highly experienced, board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon, has joined Crisp Regional Ear Nose & Throat (ENT), expanding access to comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care for the Cordele–Crisp County community and surrounding region.

Dr. Martini brings nearly three decades of clinical experience in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and administrative medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Board of Physician Specialties in Administrative Medicine. He is also a Fellow of both the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and the American College of Surgeons. 

Most recently, Dr. Martini served as a staff physician with Sanford Health in Bismarck, North Dakota. Prior to that, he owned and operated successful private practices in Georgia, Maryland, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, including ENT Coffee County in Douglas, Georgia, and Chesapeake ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery in Elkton, Maryland. His leadership experience includes service as Chief of the Department of Surgery at Bedford County Medical Center and Union Hospital of Cecil County, as well as Clinical Faculty at Vanderbilt University. 

Dr. Martini earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University College of Medicine (Drexel University) and completed rigorous postgraduate training in general surgery and otolaryngology–head and neck surgery in New York. He served as Chief Resident during his otolaryngology residency and completed a prestigious fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, reflecting his commitment to both clinical excellence and healthcare leadership. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Martini has been actively involved in clinical research, peer-reviewed publications, and national presentations, with contributions spanning facial nerve surgery, head and neck oncology, reconstructive anatomy, and traumatic facial injuries. His work has been published in leading otolaryngology journals and textbooks.
